An encore presentation of Paonia Players’ award-winning production, The Pink Unicorn, by Elise Forier-Edie, starring Merrily Talbott and directed by Liza Eller.
At this year’s Colorado Theatre Festival, Paonia Players won Best Overall Production and Merrily won Best Actress for her portrayal of Trisha Lee, a conservative, Christian woman from a small town in Texas, whose life is upended when her teenage daughter comes out as gender queer and tries to start a chapter of the Gay & Straight Alliance at her high school.
